How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and the country of destination. With both the climate and your wallet in mind, orders are shipped via a letterbox parcel.
NL delivery: €4,95
EU delivery: €7,95
When will I receive my order?
Each piece of jewellery is custom-made based on the order placed. To ensure the quality of production, your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
How do I return my order?

Are some products non-returnable?
Jewellery purchased on the website can be returned, with the exception of spoons you send in yourself. Due to the unique nature of the ring-bending service, this service is irreversible. If you are not satisfied with the service, we will always find a suitable solution.
Where are the products produced?
All jewellery is made by me (Rowin), here in the Netherlands! Most of the spoons used for the rings were even originally produced in Dutch silver factories.
